A Hurricane resident was tuning up their vehicle shortly before it burst into flames inside his garage, leaving one injured.
Hurricane Fire crews said they were dispatched to a residential structure fire shortly before 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 8.
While responding, units were notified that a car parked inside the garage had ignited.

Upon arrival, the vehicle had already been moved out of the garage and firefighters quickly extinguished the flames.
Images provided by the fire department showed the car had endured significant damage.
The fire reportedly started shortly after the car owner had been working on the vehicle in the garage.
Authorities said bystanders came to help the owner move the car out of the garage before the fire spread to his home.
One person was treated and released for minor injuries.
Officers of the Hurricane City Police Department responded to assist in this incident.
